Responsibilities

• Develop engaging and persuasive copy for growth materials, including emails, social media posts, website content, etc.

• Implement SEO strategies to improve content visibility and drive organic traffic to our website.

• Monitor and report on critical metrics, including content views, SEO ranking, website traffic, and social media engagement.

• Support the launch of new programs, explore new marketing channels, and conduct experiments to optimize performance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Developer Relations, Support, Design & Engineering, to align growth efforts with overall business objectives.

• Analyze growth data and generate insights to inform future strategies and tactics.

• Continue learning about Appwrite, the developer community, and everything that happens in our domain for the sake of creating better content and campaigns

• A passion to be present in all growth avenues with the aim of gaining intuitive knowledge of the evolving needs of both Appwrite & our users

Requirements

• Proven experience in growth, content, copywriting, and SEO optimization.

• Experience with managing campaigns, preferably targeted towards developer communities.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Strategic and creative writer with a proven ability to deliver the right voice to deliver the right content.

• Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and connecting with audiences.

• Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
