Role Overview
We are looking for a People & Recruitment Manager who will own the full spectrum of talent acquisition and people operations in a dynamic, fast-growing startup environment. This role is a key part of the management team and will help shape the company culture while scaling our team across all departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition & Sourcing
- Lead full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates across R&D, Sales & Marketing (S&M), and Customer Success (CS).
- Build and nurture talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in competitive markets.
- People & Culture
- Partner with leadership to foster an inclusive, high-performance culture.
- Oversee core programs such as onboarding, performance, and employee development.
- Strategic Leadership
- Collaborate with the executive team on organizational design, workforce planning, and culture initiatives.
- Use insights and data to enhance recruitment and retention.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 7+ years in People/HR and recruitment roles, with at least 3 years in a startup environment (Series A/B).
- Recruiting Expertise: Proven success hiring for R&D, S&M, and CS roles.
- Sourcing Skills: Strong hands-on sourcing abilities (LinkedIn Recruiter, networks, etc.).
- Leadership: Strategic mindset with experience operating as part of a management team, influencing key decisions.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
