BeamUP is seeking a Creative Marketing & Communications Manager to lead the strategy, ideation, and execution of our global marketing initiatives - from social media and content to events, PR, and creative direction. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone from a startup or high-tech background who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves combining creative storytelling with results-driven marketing.
What You'll Do
- Lead and guide the design team: ensure creative output aligns with brand strategy and supports campaign goals.
- Own and execute the content strategy: develop and manage engaging materials such as blogs, sales decks, case studies, eBooks, 1-pagers and webinars that drive awareness and lead generation.
- Own and execute the social media strategy: manage paid and organic campaigns - primarily on LinkedIn - to strengthen BeamUP’s brand presence and engagement.
- Drive storytelling and brand messaging: craft compelling narratives that clearly and consistently communicate BeamUP’s value proposition.
- Lead event marketing efforts: plan and promote webinars, executive dinners, conferences, and trade shows, including logistics, collateral, and post-event follow-up.
- Boost brand awareness and visibility: lead PR and brand initiatives to position BeamUP as an innovative leader in AI-powered operations and physical security.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: align marketing strategies with sales, product, and leadership teams.
- Project manage deliverables: keep campaigns on track, ensuring quality and timeliness.
- Focus on lead generation: ensure all marketing activities contribute to measurable business results.
Who You Are
- 5+ years’ experience in marketing, content, or brand management, preferably in a fast-paced SaaS or high-tech company.
- Proven experience managing creative or design teams.
- Strong storytelling and content creation skills - able to write engaging blogs, webinars, and LinkedIn posts, as well as persuasive sales and marketing collateral.
- Hands-on experience managing paid and organic LinkedIn campaigns.
- Experience planning and executing marketing events such as webinars, conferences, and executive dinners.
- Strategic thinker with a creative yet results-driven mindset and strong execution skills.
- Excellent writing and communication abilities with a focus on clarity, tone, and engagement.
- Comfortable guiding creative work - you know how to brief and manage designers effectively.
- Proficient with Google Suite and familiar with digital marketing platforms and analytics tools.
Bonus Points
- Experience in B2B enterprise SaaS targeting sectors like retail, logistics, or manufacturing.
- Familiarity with Webflow, Figma, Google Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, LinkedIn Ads, and Salesforce.
- Experience managing PR agencies or media relationships.
- Strong understanding of how content and design work together to tell a cohesive, memorable story.
