Job Description

As a Senior Process Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront of developing groundbreaking chemical separation processes to support carbon removal initiatives. From early-stage R&D to scaling up for large-scale operations. You’ll collaborate with our talented team of experts, tackling complex challenges in a creative, dynamic environment aimed at making the world a cleaner place.

Your role:

• Explore innovative techniques for chemical precipitation, separation, and purification.
• Develop and optimize separation processes for real-world applications.
• Scale up from lab-based R&D to full-scale industrial processes.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and refine processes to ensure peak performance.
• Design BOD (Basis of Design) and BOM (Bill of Material) for both small- and large-scale installations.
• Work closely with fellow process engineers to integrate your solutions into the broader process cycle.
• Approve equipment specifications, oversee testing, and verify process integrity.

You're the right fit if you have:

• A degree (BSc.) in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in developing and troubleshooting separation processes.
• Strong background in water chemistry, gas separations, solid precipitation, and chemical separations.
• Proficiency in English
• A team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit.
• High technical aptitude, motivation, and self-learning abilities.
