Chemix is seeking a highly motivated research technician to help implement our AI-driven battery R&D and testing operations. You will be a core member of our R&D team, assisting our engineers and research staff with daily operations. Responsibilities

• Conduct a wide range of battery testing and characterization experiments following established protocols.
• Prepare and assemble cells for testing, including data acquisition systems and test fixtures.
• Execute electrical, thermal, and mechanical tests to evaluate battery performance and reliability.
• Monitor and record test data accurately, ensuring the integrity of experimental results.
• Troubleshoot and address technical issues during testing, with a focus on safety and precision.
• Collaborate with teams to participate in interpreting test results and provide insights for design and development.
• Assist in the development of testing procedures and documentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized laboratory workspace.
• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a safe work environment.
