Job Description:
We are seeking a talented, driven, and experienced Sales Director to manage our sales efforts in the DACH region actively. With proven experience selling to public safety agencies, you will be responsible for the complete regional sales effort, covering four operational verticals. Joining an established and successful North West Europe team, this is a remote position with a split work schedule between the field and home. You will take a hands-on approach to running sales, managing and developing existing client accounts, whilst creating sales opportunities with new logos.
Responsibilities
- Fully responsible for regional target across four operational verticals.
- Develop and maintain a qualified and reliable sales pipeline for the region.
- Manage existing clients to support and grow the customer base.
- Directly sell across four verticals by implementing the go-to-market strategy, targeting new business creation from customers and prospects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with resale partners across the region.
- Create, oversee, and execute account-focused sales plans to achieve sales targets.
- Ensure strong relationships with customers are built, maintained, and leveraged into up- and cross-selling opportunities.
- Collaborate with supporting teams, including analysts and marketing, to facilitate customer enablement and new client onboarding across the region.
- Participate in professional events such as conferences and exhibitions.
Requirements
Required Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience selling to DACH Law Enforcement agencies. Knowledge of Defence organisations is advantageous.
- A background in complex software sales is necessary, and experience working with investigative and intelligence professionals is preferred.
- Results-driven, capable of working on tasks independently, and with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Demonstrable experience in new business and account management is essential.
- Excellent written and verbal presentation skills are necessary.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with an organised and attention to detail approach.
- Fluency in English and German is required, with proficiency in additional languages being advantageous.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
