The Job

We are looking for a Construction Manager who is excited about working at the forefront of innovative technology as we continue to secure the Bitcoin Blockchain and expand into AI and HPC technology. As a Construction Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the building process, working closely with engineers, architects, contractors and suppliers to develop plans, establish timetables and utilize your creativity to solve challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Set up project budgets, contracts and schedule of values in Procore.
  • Coordinate internal resources, contractors, and suppliers for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Work with contractors and suppliers to develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Establish and manage the relationship with the contractors and suppliers.
  • Perform risk management assessments to minimize project risks. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
  • Meet budgetary objectives and adjust to project constraints based on financial analysis.
  • Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs.
  • Foster open, respectful, and professional communication directly within the team and with co-workers/ teammates and leaders across the organization.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma/GED required.
  • 5 years of experience in Construction Project Management required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills required.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required.
  • Proficiency in reading construction drawings, plans and specifications required.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field, which may include Construction Management, Computer Science, Business, or Engineering preferred.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), and/or comparable project management certifications preferred.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills preferred.

Location

This role is remote.

Work Environment

This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, and smartphones.

Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Travel

Monthly travel is anticipated for team all-hands, periodic site visits throughout the country (TX, GA, KY, ND, OK).
