About the Job:

We're seeking a Director of Sales to join our team, leading the commercial activities in North America, including both the US and Canada, overseeing sales from inception to closure and developing strategic plans for market penetration and growth. You'll also build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the rail and cybersecurity ecosystem, making a significant impact on our business.

In This Role, You Will:

  • Lead Sales Initiatives: Manage all sales activities in North America from inception to closure, including solution sales processes and building strategic plans for market growth.
  • Build Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including CIO/CISO and other rail executives, to drive business development.
  • Self-Starter: Operate effectively as part of a fast paced startup and promotie new products and concepts within the rail industry.
  • Strategy Development: Analyze market segments and develop strategic execution plans, leveraging sales methodologies


  • 5 years of experience in sales or business development within the rail industry, ideally involving both the transit and freight sectors.
  • Experience selling software-based products, preferably IoT, digital, SaaS, or cybersecurity solutions.
  • Strong track record in managing complex sales situations and delivering results.
  • Ability to work independently as part of a small organization
  • Strategic mindset to analyze market segments and devise execution plans.

Big Plus:

  • Connections with rail industry leaders.
  • Commercial background complemented by technical expertise (e.g., CS/EE degree).
  • Previous experience in the cybersecurity product industry
