Led by veterans from the elite technological unit of the Israel Defense Forces’ Intelligence Corps, together with top executives from the railway industry, Cylus’ team combines deep expertise in both cybersecurity and rail.
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and people-oriented Office Manager.

In this role, you will:
- Maintain daily office operations
- Manage office services: mail, meeting rooms, parking, food, etc
- Inventory management and procurement of IT equipment
- Manage office supplies, facilities, and vendor relationships.
- Handle employee travel arrangements and expense reporting
- Manage CEO's calendar and schedule meetings for the management.
- Aid in the preparation of the Monthly salary and generally assist with bookkeeping
- Assist with welfare operations and workplace culture activities
- Support ad-hoc projects as needed (e.g. offsites, company events, customer project hardware shipments, etc.)
- acting as a central point of contact for employees and visitors alike
Requirements
We’re excited about you if you have:
- +3 years of proven work experience as office Manager or similar role experience in a Startup\Hi-Tech industry (with +50 employees)
- Experience with onboarding/offboarding vendors (full cycle from negotiations to contract, etc.)
- Ability to multitask, self-driven, and a result-oriented working style
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hebrew
- Comfortable adapting to evolving priorities in a startup environment
- People-person - motivated by helping others and is truly service-oriented
- Experience with operational system integrations (e.g., Bob, Expensify)
