Purchasing Coordinator

We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to support the procurement department activities.

  • Execution of operational elements including order writing, PO management, pricing activities, etc.
  • Control and monitor the delivery of orders in accordance with the required delivery dates.
  • Assist in locating relevant suppliers for RM& services when needed
  • Pull all documentation and send out quote requests to suppliers.
  • Review all delivery issues and take appropriate corrective action to avoid schedule impact.
  • Manage any supplier issues including but not limited to service receipt, payment report, and invoice discrepancies.
  • Ensure that any disruptions in quality, delivery, or cost are addressed quickly
  • Escalate supplier-related issues in a prompt manner.
  • Help resolve issues and answer questions from other Gauzy's employees.
  • Develop and leverage cross-functional relationships (Supply Chain, Finance, R&D, Marketing, etc.)
  • Report supplier KPIs for good receipts and service quality
  • Additional duties as assigned.


  • Bachelor's degree in Supply chain management, Logistics, or Business administration or relevant experience
  • 2+ years' experience in purchasing
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • reporting skills from data acquired from ERP systems, preferably SAP
  • Team player with a growth, development, and challenge-accepted mindset
  • Independent, motivated, Fast learner
  • Planning, organization, and execution skills
  • Fluent in English – A must
  • Strong MS Excel and Word skills
