We are looking for an HR Specialist to join our growing global HR team.

The HR Specialist will focus on HR operational tasks, in various HR processes and projects.

In this role you will also have the opportunity to lead HR processes, assist with employees’ inquiries, and manage HR Data.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the smooth operations of HR processes
  • Uphold compliance with HR policies and regulations.
  • Lead the operational aspects of various HR projects, including training initiatives, employee welfare activities, and the onboarding process.
  • Manage HR documentation and generate reports from the HRIS to support HR initiatives and provide insights into HR metrics.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide assistance with HR-related matters, such as policy clarification and system

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in HR operations roles.
  • BA in Human Resources or related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to details and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
  • Excellent communication skills, both English and Hebrew, written and verbal
  • Can-do attitude and proactive approach
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) .
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms - a plus
