As part of our growth, our Human Resources team, and more specifically our recruitment team, is expanding.
Your main task? As part of an international team and reporting to the Corporate Business Unit, you will be in charge of a portfolio of job opportunities to be filled for all the Business Units in France and sometimes internationally!

Responsibilities
- To take charge of all recruitment assigned to you and to manage the recruitment process from identifying candidates, to telephone qualifications and interviews, right through to finalising an offer,
- Working closely with the HRBPs, in particular to carry out the annual recruitment plans for the various areas,
- Acting as a partner to managers, enabling them to recruit the right profiles for their teams and for the issues they face in the field,
- Helping to harmonise and structure the Group's recruitment processes and tools,
- Sourcing and generating candidate leads by developing and using a multi-channel approach,
- Analysing, defining and motivating your sourcing strategies, using data from the recruitment software to measure their effectiveness,
- Maintain the data in our recruitment tool (ATS),
- Invest in and support Employer Brand projects in collaboration with the Group Marketing department,
- Support HR projects defined by the department and the Group Human Resources Department.
Requirements
- 4/5 years‘ higher education from a business school or HR Master's with at least 3 years’ professional experience in a similar position in a recruitment agency or company,
- Mastery of sourcing techniques and associated platforms,
- English fluent in reading, writing and speaking,
- Excellent interpersonal skills

Recruitment process
- 1 short pre-qualification telephone interview + 2 interviews (1 face-to-face + 1 video interview)
- You will be asked to summarise your understanding of the Group and our products and/or maybe make an assessment,
- You will be tested orally in English
- A telephone response is given to all candidates interviewed. Written feedback to the others.
