We are looking for a Sales Manager (M/F) to join the Vision Systems Business Unit. This person will be based in the United States (ideally on the East Coast) and will lead business-to-business product support and sales development. The position will be home office, but will require travel.
Vision Systems, a business unit of Gauzy, is the market leader in shading systems and focuses on the development, design and manufacture of complete, custom, award-winning products for aviation, marine and specialty vehicles.

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for defining complex, customised solutions with some of the largest manufacturers and operators in the USA!
Under the responsibility of the French Sales Director, you will be required to :
- Achieve growth and sales targets by creating and maintaining collaborations with OEM's
- Be responsible for the entire sales cycle, including negotiation.
- Define a prospecting plan, follow up, consolidate proposals and convert leads into sales with some of the largest manufacturers, fulfilment centres and operators in the US.
- Actively participate in the sales strategy for North America in collaboration with Vision Systems.
- Build and promote strong and lasting relationships, and follow up with customers by partnering with them to understand and meet their needs.
- Analyse service activity data, resolve issues and suggest areas for improvement to maintain and enhance customer loyalty.
- Analysing and documenting key performance indicators, past sales and revenue generation, presenting realistic sales data and forecasts to management.
- Keeping an eye on the competition, researching emerging technologies and products.
Occasional travel to Europe for training courses and trade fairs.
Requirements
Please note this position is fully remote.
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or other related discipline.
- Experience in B2B sales/business development
- Ability to work independently and produce excellent results with high ROI
- Excellent communication, presentation and strategic planning skills
- Strong business acumen, ability to communicate and influence credibility at all levels
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Ability to analyze and solve complex problems
- Visa valid in the US
