Role Overview

As our Business Development Rep, you’ll drive rapid partner growth—from research and outreach to onboarding and relationship management—and collaborate on initiatives that fuel our expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research, outreach and onboarding of a high volume of new partners
  • Serve as primary contact for existing partners; nurture and resolve inquiries
  • Collaborate on partnership campaigns, materials (case studies, collateral, presentations)
  • Track and analyze partnership performance; apply insights to optimize strategy

Qualifications

  • Proven B2B sales or business development experience (cold-calling expertise)
  • Fluent English; excellent communicator and relationship builder
  • Passion for travel, tourism or hospitality
  • Strong organization, project management and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Detail-oriented, proactive and ownership-driven
  • Startup mindset with enthusiasm for innovation
