About the Role

Minute Media is hiring a Part-Time Multiplatform Producer to work 25-30 hours per week. This role will support the production and growth of several sports-focused video podcast series, with a primary focus on the Arrowhead Addict podcast. You’ll work closely with Arrowhead Addict hosts, other Minute Media talent, and content leadership to deliver high-quality live shows, long-form episodes, and daily short-form clips that serve both diehard Chiefs fans and the broader FanSided / Minute Media audience.

The Arrowhead Addict podcast is the official podcast and YouTube channel of ArrowheadAddict.com, with over 50,000 subscribers on YouTube and a highly engaged community across Twitter/X and Facebook. As the primary producer on this show, you’ll help shape what Chiefs fans see and hear on every episode, from live streams and game recaps to breaking-news reactions and offseason coverage, while also supporting additional podcast and video projects across the Minute Media network. A key part of this role is helping manage and cultivate the Arrowhead Addict community of viewers and listeners so the show feels like a true hub for Chiefs Kingdom, not just another podcast feed.

What You'll Do:

  • Produce, record, and edit 45–60 minute Arrowhead Addict podcast episodes, then distribute them across all video and audio platforms.
  • Run live pregame, postgame, and weekly broadcasts, managing live chat and real-time engagement using tools like StreamYard or OBS.
  • Edit and publish daily short-form clips for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Reels with timely, fan-focused moments.
  • Write strong hooks, titles, and descriptions tailored to Chiefs fans and the AA brand voice.
  • Collaborate with hosts on show flow, pacing, and segment planning, and help brainstorm recurring bits and new content ideas.
  • Stay current on Chiefs news, rumors, and league storylines to spot timely content opportunities.
  • Help manage and grow the Arrowhead Addict community across YouTube, social media channels, and fan spaces:

○ Monitor and respond to comments and live chat in a way that reflects the show’s tone and values.

○ Surface strong fan questions and reactions for use on-air.

○ Support a respectful, engaged community culture where viewers/listeners feel seen and heard.

Support Across Other Minute Media / FanSided Shows

  • Support production, recording, and editing for other Minute Media and FanSided video podcast series.
  • Help run live broadcasts and manage viewer engagement across additional network shows.
  • Edit and publish short-form vertical clips from non–Arrowhead Addict shows for social platforms.
  • Use platform-specific best practices (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.) to drive growth across multiple shows.
  • Assist with guest booking and prep materials (notes, stats, talking points) for various shows.
  • Support community engagement across show channels, keeping interactions organized and on-brand.
  • Review performance metrics and share insights to help guide future content decisions.

Where You'll Be:

This is a part-time remote position.

Requirements

What You Have:

  • 1–3+ years of video or podcast production experience.
  • Proficient with editing tools (Premiere, Final Cut, etc.) and familiar with live-streaming platforms.
  • Strong understanding of sports culture; ideal if you follow the Chiefs and the NFL.
  • Experience creating short-form vertical content for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Reels.
  • Organized, communicative, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
  • Able to handle a fast-paced, content-heavy schedule, especially on game days.
  • Confident engaging with fans in comments and live chats while representing the brand well.
  • Collaborative and able to work closely with another part-time producer and the broader team.

Bonus

  • On-camera or hosting experience, especially in a fan-facing or sports context.
  • Interest in sports betting, fantasy football, or NFL digital communities.
  • Experience working with creators, influencers, or digital-first brands, especially in sports or fandom-driven spaces.
