Description
As a Product Manager at Reclaim Security, you will own a core area of our platform end to end, turning real-world security pains into clear roadmap priorities and shipped features. You will work closely with research, engineering, and design to deliver impactful capabilities in fast, data-informed cycles, stay close to customers to understand how they work and where they struggle, and use product analytics to drive adoption, retention, and measurable security outcomes. This role is ideal for a hands-on PM who loves cybersecurity, lives in SQL and customer calls, and wants to shape how enterprises move from reactive firefighting to proactive, AI-driven defense.
Responsibilities
- Own the Roadmap: Plan, own, and execute the product roadmap for your domain, ensuring alignment with company strategy and measurable customer outcomes
- Drive Execution: Partner with research, engineering and design to deliver impactful features through short, data-informed feedback cycles
- Engage with Customers: Learn from customers constantly, through calls, shadowing, and digging into product analytics to enhance impact, adoption and retention
- Leverage Data: Analyze data and trends to identify customer pains and suggest solutions
- Lead by Example: Contribute to our unique culture as we scale the product development culture
Requirements
Experience
- 3+ years in B2B SaaS Product Management, specializing in cybersecurity and enterprise IT
- Proven experience delivering complex features end-to-end with cross-functional teams
- Experience working with cybersecurity teams in enterprise customers
- Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in SQL and data analysis
Technical Background
- Solid foundation in cybersecurity, either as a practitioner or through a military/intelligence background
- Understanding of key security areas such as vulnerability management, risk prioritization, or remediation automation
