Senior Cybersecurity Product Manager
Reclaim Security
Description
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager who has lived and breathed cybersecurity — whether in an elite military unit, on the front lines as a security practitioner, or inside a cybersecurity company — and has since proven themselves as a product leader in B2B enterprise security. As a Senior PM at Reclaim Security, you will own core domains of our platform end to end: from identifying real-world security pains through customer discovery, to defining strategy, shipping features, and driving measurable outcomes. You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with research and engineering in fast, data-informed cycles, and spend real time with enterprise security teams to understand how they work and where they struggle.
This is a senior IC role with high autonomy and high accountability. You’ll be expected to make sharp prioritization calls, launch new product areas from zero, and operate with the speed and resourcefulness of a startup — while managing the complexity of enterprise customers. If you love cybersecurity, thrive on customer conversations, and want to shape how enterprises shift from reactive firefighting to proactive, AI-driven defense — read on.
Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap for your product domain — define the “what” and “why,” align with company strategy, and drive measurable customer outcomes.
- Launch new products end to end — from early customer exploration and problem framing through delivery, GTM, and adoption.
- Partner with research and engineering — co-create solutions, make trade-off decisions together, and ship in tight, iterative cycles.
- Drive with data — use product analytics, usage patterns, and security telemetry to inform priorities, measure impact, and improve adoption and retention.
- Make decisions and move fast — prioritize ruthlessly, cut through ambiguity, and take ownership of outcomes, not just outputs.
- Raise the bar on product culture — contribute to how we build, learn, and ship as the team scales.
Requirements
- Military intelligence or cyber unit experience
- Hands-on cybersecurity practitioner background
- Meaningful tenure at a cybersecurity company in a technical role
- Demonstrated ability to launch new products or major capabilities from zero — not just iterate on existing features.
- Experience building and executing roadmaps that balance customer needs, technical feasibility, and business impact.
- Track record of working closely and effectively with research and engineering teams, as well as GTM teams.
- Drive — you operate with urgency and ownership; you don’t wait to be told what to do.
- Prioritization — you are known for saying “no” to good ideas so you can focus on great ones.
- Decision-making — you gather input, make the call, and move forward; you don’t get stuck in analysis paralysis.
- Learning agility — you pick up new domains, tools, and methods quickly and independently.
- Hands-on — you’ll write a spec, pull data, run a customer call, and sketch a wireframe — whatever it takes.
- Team player — you make the people around you better and put team outcomes above personal credit.
- Excellent communication skills — you can translate complex security concepts for technical and non-technical audiences alike.
- Strong stakeholder management — you navigate enterprise customers, internal leadership, and cross-functional partners with confidence and clarity.
