Description
We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer who owns hard problems end-to-end: designing data pipelines that process millions of security events, building the agentic workflows that turn raw findings into intelligent automated responses, developing complex software projects, and shipping it all with quality and speed while having a strong sense of ownership.
This isn’t a hand-it-off role. You’ll drive features from design through production, make architectural calls, and actively shape how AI changes the way we build.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop our data architecture and infrastructure, including data modeling, collection, processing and storage for different needs and use cases
- Design and implement backend services that connect and integrate with customer environments according to their specifications and limitations
- Lead by example in code quality and engineering practices
- Drive the adoption of AI-native engineering practices across the team, including agentic workflows, LLM-assisted development, and AI-powered code review
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a Software Engineer developing complex software projects, preferably with one of the following: Go, Python, Java or Scala
- Worked on cloud native platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), including Kubernetes
- Thrive in startups — you bring ideas into production while clearing uncertainties in an ever evolving environment
- You love doing things right, creating quality grade A+ code
- An independent, self-learner who is passionate about data and software with a great sense of ownership
- Excited about working with AI, you love innovation and not scared by it
- A great person to be around
Advantages
- Experienced with data processing frameworks like Apache Spark and Polars
- Have data software engineering background, experienced with both designing software and data lake architectures
- Experienced in building AI agentic SDLC workflows, with strong opinions on where they help
- Background in cybersecurity
