About the Role
You will be instrumental in refining our company and product positioning, ensuring our messaging resonates with our audiences. You’ll plan and execute go-to-market campaigns, leveraging various marketing channels to drive new business. Supporting the sales team, you’ll create impactful enablement materials such as pitch decks, battle cards, and talk tracks to help close deals.
You’ll also play a key role in launching new products, conducting market research, and collaborating cross-functionally to align strategy with execution.

Responsibilities
- Develop and refine company and product positioning, ensuring clear, compelling messaging that resonates with target B2B audiences.
- Plan and execute go-to-market campaigns for new business generation, leveraging channels such as email marketing, content marketing, and paid media.
- Create sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, one-pagers, battle cards, and talk tracks to empower sales teams to close deals more effectively.
- Support product launches by coordinating messaging, campaign execution, and internal enablement, ensuring alignment across product, sales, and marketing teams.
- Conduct market and competitive research to inform positioning and go-to-market strategies.
- Work closely with customer success teams to develop case studies, testimonials, and other assets that highlight customer success stories.
- Analyze campaign performance and use insights to optimize future initiatives, focusing on pipeline acceleration and revenue growth.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of related experience
- Strong attention to detail and extremely organized (this is a strong requirement)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Motivation as a self-starter with the ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and problem-solve
- Knack for writing
- Strategic and critical thinking abilities that enable you to develop strategies that are a win for both customers and the business
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate cross-functionally
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
Compensation Range
The compensation range for this role is $75,000 - $90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
