About the Role
Revv is growing fast, and we’re seeking a detail-oriented and technically driven ADAS Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring platform accuracy, refining business logic, and validating our internal tools to uphold industry-leading standards. You’ll partner closely with product, engineering, and customer teams to deliver accurate ADAS calibration insights that align with OEM guidelines and safety protocols.

Responsibilities
Data Management & System Accuracy
Process and validate ADAS data for vehicles, including adding upcoming models and updating current vehicle data.
Update procedure types, procedure links, and requirement links based on new vehicle and OEM documentation.
Assist in removing broken links, negative GUID links, parent links, and outdated sensors.
Convert ruleset-based sensors and links into structured database entries to optimize report outputs.
Proactively add new vehicles, categories, and sensor links into the platform as information becomes available.
Support backlog reduction by addressing previous customer feedback tickets and broken link issues.
Assist engineering with updating internal tools and core logic for greater platform accuracy.
Manually add pdf’s for links for European vehicles missing links
Eliminate rule sets for functional and safety sensors
Customer and Cross-Functional Support
Action customer feedback tickets by fixing broken links, updating documentation, or adjusting platform outputs.
Provide additional documentation as needed to support Customer Support and insurance claim processes.
Support Sales and AE teams by validating ADAS demo reports for accuracy before customer presentations.
Gather feedback from customers through Customer Support and GTM teams to improve platform performance.
Collaboration and Knowledge Management
Work closely with engineering and product teams on a weekly basis to support improvements in tools and customer outputs.
Assist in updating internal documentation, including descriptions for keywords, rulesets, and sensor links.
Participate in daily standups with the ADAS team to problem-solve issues related to core logic and sensor updates.
Support proactive and reactive ADAS projects focused on platform expansion, accuracy, and innovation.
Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
3+ years of experience in ADAS, automotive repair, collision industry, or related technical fields.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data quality.
Basic understanding of ADAS technologies, sensors, and OEM vehicle systems.
Ability to interpret OEM repair procedures and documentation.
Experience with customer support or technical support workflows is a plus.
Familiarity with collision repair estimating systems (CCC, Audatex, Mitchell).
Basic knowledge of Jira, Asana, or similar project management tools.
Automotive certification (I-CAR, ASE) a plus.
Compensation Range
The total compensation range for this role is $100,000 - $115,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualification.
