As we scale, we are seeking a highly motivated Revenue Operations Lead to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and drive data-driven decision-making across our revenue-generating functions.
The Role:
As a Product Operations Lead (Remote) at Shipday, you’ll play a critical role in enabling our team to launch, scale, and optimize products that drive business growth and create seamless experiences for our customers.
You will work cross-functionally with product management, engineering, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure that our products are effectively implemented and continuously improved. Your work will help streamline operations, increase efficiency, and drive the successful rollout of new features.
What You’ll Do:- Partner with product, engineering, marketing, support, and sales teams to launch new features and enhance existing products.
- Develop and manage end-to-end product rollout plans, ensuring smooth execution.
- Drive operational readiness by coordinating training, documentation, and process development for new products and offers.
- Establish and improve processes for testing, launching, and scaling new features.
- Serve as the central point of contact for product-related operational needs, ensuring teams have the resources to support new initiatives.
- Gather, prioritize, and communicate operational feedback to product and engineering teams to influence future development.
- Track and analyze key product performance and operational metrics to drive continuous improvements.
- 3-5 years of experience in product management, program management, or a related field, working closely with product and engineering teams.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of leading complex initiatives across multiple locations (time zones).
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work across multiple teams.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive initiatives from start to finish.
- Resourcefulness and adaptability in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement.
