Role Overview:
In this role, you will be the trusted partner for our clients, ensuring they achieve maximum value from our platform. You will work closely with CFOs, finance teams, and decision-makers at growing tech companies, guiding them through onboarding, product adoption, and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead onboarding processes for new customers and ensure a smooth product implementation.
- Develop strong relationships with CFOs and finance teams to drive product adoption and retention.
- Act as the voice of the customer, providing feedback to product, sales, and tech teams.
- Monitor customer health metrics, proactively address challenges, and identify growth opportunities.
- Conduct regular business reviews and ensure clients are leveraging the full potential of Viewz.
- Collaborate with sales to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles in a fintech or SaaS company.
- Strong understanding of financial processes (e.g., AP, AR, reporting, ERP).
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to drive customer adoption and retention.
- Experience with CRM and CS tools (e.g., HubSpot, Gainsight) – advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) – must.
