🚀 The Role
We are hiring a founding Head of Marketing . You are equal parts strategic leader and hands-on executor. You will own brand and positioning, pipeline generation, website and social, and partner closely with the founders and CRO to shape how the world experiences Viewz.
⚖️ What You’ll Do
- Own marketing strategy, messaging, and category narrative for SMB finance buyers in the US
- Build the US brand: website ownership end to end (CRO, SEO), content, social, and design standards
- Design and run multi-channel campaigns that reach founders, CFOs, VPs Finance, and Controllers
- Stand up demand gen and product marketing: positioning, launches, pricing inputs, sales enablement
- Build partner programs with CPA networks, ERP ecosystems, and VC platforms for referrals and co-marketing
- Set up the stack: lead flows, CRM, marketing automation, attribution, dashboards, weekly and quarterly reviews
- Represent Viewz at events and meetups, drive speaking opportunities and earned visibility
- Plan, budget, hire, and manage a small high-output team and best-in-class freelancers or agencies
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in fintech or finance SaaS for B2B in the US market
- Hands-on brand builder for the US: marketing, website, social, content that moves pipeline
- Campaign creation and measurement end to end: plan, execute, analyze, optimize, hit targets
- Strategic and analytical thinker with crisp writing for executive audiences
- Native or native-level English, strong collaboration skills, fast execution on short timelines
- Tools: HubSpot or Salesforce, marketing automation, GA4, LinkedIn and Google Ads, SEO

- Qualified pipeline creation and coverage vs. targets
- CAC payback under 12 months
- Conversion lift across the funnel: Lead to SQL, SQL to Win
- Website and content impact: demo rate, organic growth, share of voice
