As Maintenance Supervisor you will be responsible for establishing and performing PM procedures throughout the facility. You will utilize a computerized maintenance management system to record, schedule, and document proactive and reactive maintenance events. You will use a variety of hand and power tools while maintaining a safe and organized working environment.

Responsibilities

  • Build a comprehensive understanding of R&D processing equipment to establish a reoccurring PM schedule
  • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance actions on a variety of industrial and laboratory equipment
  • Document, schedule, and create work orders using a CMMS platform
  • Maintain and organize an active spare parts inventory
  • Create and follow safe SOPs, Work instructions, and Lock-Out-Tag-Out procedures
  • Work with technicians, operators, and engineers to document critical failure points and establish preventative solutions

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience leading maintenance operations in an industrial environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with various hand and power tools
  • Experience troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems
  • Must be able to maintain and document maintenance actions through a CMMS platform
  • Experience organizing and maintaining a spare parts inventory

Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities.
