What’s Cool About This Job

WEKA is a high growth company, and having smooth and efficient sales processes and operations is a tool for executing WEKA’s go-to-market strategy, expanding our customer base, and improving the productivity of our rapidly expanding sales teams. As an EMEA Sales Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in managing our sales processes and tech stack, including Salesforce and Clari. You’ll troubleshoot, support and refine our sales flows, ensure data quality, and support and train our sales team to maximize productivity and achieve sales targets.

Through your work, you will become a trusted business partner to the EMEA Sales Leadership Team assisting with the business and forecast cadence, driving pipeline management standards utilizing our CRM Salesforce.com, and supporting strategic initiatives across the GEO.

With a keen eye for process improvement, and a bias towards action, you’ll play a key role in optimizing our current workflows to increase operational efficiency across the GEO. Finally, you’ll partner with the Finance, Sales Leadership, GTM Operations, Human Resources and other cross-functional stakeholders to assist with the EMEA Annual Operating Plan (AOP).

Responsibilities Include

  • Assist in the administration and management of key sales tools (SFDC, Clari, etc.).
  • Troubleshoot and refine sales flows, rules, and processes.
  • Monitor and maintain high levels of process efficiency and data quality.
  • Train team members on sales processes and systems.
  • Create and maintain key sales processes and policy documentation.
  • Directly support local sales teams throughout the sales cycle (e.g. quoting, pipeline management standards, reporting/analysis, order processing, process issue troubleshooting, etc.).
  • Support the business cadence (forecast, pipeline reviews, monthly/quarterly business reviews, etc.).
  • Support and project manage key initiatives, programs, and the AOP planning process.

Desired Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant professional work experience in sales compensation, sales operations, finance, analytics etc. (preferably in a fast-paced, tech company environment)
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. (e.g. Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Engineering etc.)
  • SaaS background with solid understanding of relevant metrics.
  • Well versed in Salesforce.com, Clari, and other sales productivity platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • Fierce attention to detail; ensuring data is accurate & delivered on time to key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical abilities, investigating & manipulating data appropriately to make decisions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to effectively document processes and present information.
