What’s Cool About This Job

WEKA is looking for a Global Partner Marketing Director who will lead the development and execution of partner marketing strategies to support enterprise sales growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the B2B software industry, partner ecosystems, and enterprise sales dynamics. The ideal candidate will lead a team of partner marketers to build and nurture relationships with global partners, create joint marketing programs, and drive revenue through collaborative marketing initiatives. You will be tightly aligned to the field sales, regional field marketing and partner teams to continually evaluate against quarterly revenue and pipeline goals and ensure positive contributions are being made to develop new business pipelines through our partner channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Partner Marketing Leadership:

o Develop and execute a comprehensive global partner marketing strategy aligned with WEKA’s enterprise sales goals.

o Identify and prioritize key global partners and build strategic relationships to drive joint marketing initiatives.

o Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute go-to-market strategies with partners.

Develop Joint Marketing Programs:

o Design and implement co-marketing programs that drive lead generation, brand awareness, and customer acquisition.

o Develop and manage joint marketing campaigns, including events, webinars, digital marketing, and content creation.

o Ensure alignment between partner marketing activities and WEKA’s overall marketing and sales objectives.

Partner Enablement:

o Create and deliver partner enablement programs to ensure partners are equipped with the tools, training, and resources needed to effectively market and sell the company’s solutions.

o Develop and maintain partner marketing collateral, including case studies, whitepapers, solution briefs, and presentations.

· Performance Tracking and Reporting:

o Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success of partner marketing initiatives and report on performance to senior management.

o Analyze campaign results and partner performance data to optimize strategies and tactics.

o Regularly communicate partner marketing results and insights to internal stakeholders.

Collaboration and Cross-functional Leadership:

o Work closely with the sales, product marketing, and global campaign marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging and strategy.

o Coordinate with regional marketing teams to tailor global partner marketing programs to local markets.

o Foster a culture of collaboration and alignment across teams to maximize the impact of partner marketing efforts.

o Manage and mentor a team of partner marketers to drive success across segments and initiatives.

Budget Management:

o Manage the global partner marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

o Negotiate joint marketing investments with partners and ensure compliance with budgetary guidelines.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.

· 10+ years of experience in partner marketing, with a focus on enterprise sales in the B2B software industry.

· Proven track record of developing and executing successful partner marketing strategies on a global scale.

· Deep understanding of the B2B software ecosystem, including cloud computing, SaaS, and enterprise software solutions.

· Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners.

· Experience managing global budgets and driving ROI from marketing investments.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on results.
