What’s Cool About This Job:
As a Product Operations (Product Ops) manager at WEKA, you will play a key role in streamlining and optimizing product management processes. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with our Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to help shape and scale our product development processes, ensuring our solutions are perfectly aligned with customer needs and market trends.
Bring Your Expertise – and Your Passion
Expertise:
Deep understanding of product lifecycle management, especially in SaaS or cloud environments. Experience with data-driven decision-making, KPIs, and performance metrics for products. Proven track record in managing cross-functional projects or product initiatives
Leadership Skills:
Strong project management skills and ability to drive execution across multiple teams. Ability to influence without authority, aligning cross-functional teams on shared goals
Strategic Vision:
Ability to recognize and analyze market trends to inform product enhancements. Strong business acumen, with the ability to translate complex insights into actionable strategies
Communication Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience presenting product strategies and roadmaps to internal teams and external customers
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and optimizing processes for product planning, prioritization, and roadmap management
- Gathering and analyzing data to track product performance, customer feedback- Facilitating cross-functional collaboration to drive product initiatives and ensure alignment with company goals
- Supporting the Product team in managing feature requests, backlog, and prioritization
- Helping establish and drive NPI and product lifecycle processes for things like: End-of-Life, deprecation, gradual rollout of features and more
- Collaborating with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to support go-to-market strategies and customer onboarding
Desired Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program management working closely with B2B product management teams
- Experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and product analytics platforms
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high level of adaptability
- Familiarity with agile and lean methodologies
