WEKA is looking for a Sr Regional Marketing Manager to drive growth across one of our most dynamic and high-potential regions. This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, startup environment—someone equally comfortable shaping go-to-market plans and rolling up their sleeves to execute them. You’ll define how we grow the region, build our brand, and accelerate pipeline in partnership with sales and channel teams. While experience in field and partner marketing is essential, this role goes far beyond execution—it’s about owning the regional strategy, navigating market nuances, and laying the groundwork for future scale.

This is a high-impact, builder role. You’ll be responsible for both shaping the strategy and executing the programs that bring it to life. There’s no team (yet), so you’ll need to be hands-on, resourceful, and excited to turn ideas into execution. If you love taking the lead, making things happen, and delivering measurable business outcomes, we want to meet you.

Responsibilities include:

Lead Regional Strategy and Execution

    • Develop and execute the APAC marketing strategy in alignment with regional sales goals and global marketing priorities.
    • Translate high-level plans into programs that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth across priority markets.
    • Serve as the regional marketing lead—trusted partner to sales, product marketing, and corporate marketing.

Drive High-Impact Partner Marketing

    • Collaborate with key partners (e.g., NVIDIA, Dell, channel) to develop joint go-to-market initiatives and co-branded campaigns.
    • Build strong partner relationships to unlock co-marketing opportunities and amplify regional presence.
    • Track and report on program impact, using insights to refine and scale successful initiatives.

Own Field Marketing Execution

    • Plan and run standout field marketing initiatives—industry events, executive briefings, partner activations, and webinars—that create demand and deepen relationships.
    • Partner with the APAC sales team to localize programs and accelerate regional pipeline.
    • Own end-to-end event logistics, budget management, and post-event performance analysis.

Build Scalable Marketing Operations

    • Create processes and workflows that support repeatable execution across multiple countries and teams.
    • Ensure message consistency and brand alignment by collaborating with product marketing, content, and digital teams.
    • Leverage Salesforce and other marketing systems to manage campaigns, track performance, and report on impact.

Ensure Operational and Regulatory Excellence

    • Manage the regional marketing budget with a focus on efficiency and ROI.
    • Ensure all marketing activities comply with local legal and regulatory requirements.

Desired Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field
  • 8-10 years in B2B marketing, includes 5+ years leading marketing in APAC across multiple countries
  • Proven track record on driving pipeline, revenue and brand growth in a high-growth or enterprise B2B environment
  • Deep understanding of the APAC landscape and ability to tailor strategies by market maturity and cultural nuance.
  • Familiarity with a partner and channel marketing strategies
  • Proven experience with event planning, with a focus on partner & regional field events.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills, with proven capability to align cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive in addressing challenges and adept at adjusting to evolving priorities.
  • Results-oriented, curious, and thrives in fast-paced settings with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Willingness to travel
