About The Role
As an OCI Alliance Manager, you will be responsible for building and scaling WEKA’s strategic relationship with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, evolving it from a strong startup partnership into a long-term, trusted alliance. Your focus will be on creating deep executive alignment, co-developing multi-year joint strategy, and driving co-innovation that accelerates OCI consumption and positions WEKA as an indispensable partner in Oracle’s AI and HPC portfolio. With WEKA’s NeuralMesh™ cutting model data load time by 50% and checkpoint time by 90%, you will help power breakthroughs in Gen AI and HPC on OCI. Building on success with customers such as Upstage, Physical Intelligence, and Cohere, who leverage WEKA on OCI to achieve faster training cycles, lower costs, and greater scalability, you will lead the next phase of growth by strengthening executive sponsorship, advancing differentiated joint solutions, and positioning OCI as a premier cloud for accelerated AI.

*This role is a US-based remote position with flexibility, requiring approximately 25% travel to OCI field hubs and major industry events such as Oracle AI World and SC (Supercomputing).

What you’ll own
You will lead and expand the multi-year OCI–WEKA alliance plan, aligning with OCI’s AI, HPC, and accelerated compute priorities while ensuring strong executive sponsorship and governance. You will build and co-develop differentiated joint solutions such as BM.H100 and MI300 reference architectures, HPC cluster orchestration for OCI clusters, and AI/HPC blueprints that simplify adoption for customers. Working cross-functionally, you will orchestrate delivery of benchmarks, POC toolkits, and enablement assets. You will partner closely with OCI field alliance managers, cloud solution architects, and product leaders to accelerate customer success, strengthen OCI positioning through thought leadership, and deliver impactful workshops, case studies, and customer reference campaigns.

Qualifications – Must Have

  • 7+ years managing strategic alliances or partner programs within the Oracle or hyperscaler ecosystem
  • Strong technical understanding of storage, networking and/or compute infrastructures for on-prem or cloud deployments
  • Technical understanding of AI, Analytics, Database or other high performance enterprise workload software stack
  • Proven success creating reference architectures and solution plans with OCI or comparable partners
  • Fluency in Oracle PartnerNetwork programs, Co-Sell mechanics, and OCI Marketplace commercial constructs
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence without authority across product, sales, and marketing teams

Nice to Have

  • Background in Gen-AI, ML Ops, or HPC infrastructure
  • Existing relationships with OCI AI/ML and HPC teams and Partner Technology Strategists
  • Experience driving joint PR, analyst relations, and customer reference stories
  • Familiarity with OCI GPU and HPC infrastructure including GPU shapes and RDMA networking
