Why this role is exciting

  • Drive Field Pipeline: This is a field-focused sales role. Your primary mission is to build and grow a robust sales pipeline by partnering directly with our top Cloud Partner account teams and their channel partners. You will be instrumental in evangelizing the value of WEKA to the Cloud Partner field organization and their partner ecosystem.
  • Build a GTM Motion: You will work directly with the Cloud Partner Field Sales and channel partners to build and execute a repeatable GTM motion, focusing on awareness campaigns, sales plays, and co-selling activities that generate new opportunities.
  • Accelerate Innovation: WEKA's NeuralMesh™ architecture is at the heart of breakthroughs in Gen-AI and HPC on the major Cloud Platforms. You'll translate this technical leadership into a compelling sales narrative that resonates with both the Cloud Partner field teams and our joint customers, driving faster adoption and revenue growth.

What you'll own

  • Pipeline Generation & Awareness: Proactively engage with Cloud Partner account managers, specialists, and channel partners to drive awareness of WEKA's solutions. Your success will be measured by your ability to build a joint pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Field Enablement & Evangelism: Act as the WEKA subject matter expert for the Cloud Partner field organization and their channel partners. You will equip their sales teams with the knowledge and tools they need to identify, qualify, and co-sell WEKA solutions, ensuring a consistent and effective sales motion.
  • Joint Go-to-Market Execution: Lead the execution of a joint GTM plan with your assigned Cloud Partners and their channel partners. This includes organizing and participating in joint field events, workshops, and marketing campaigns to create new sales opportunities and accelerate existing ones. Partner with WEKA Cloud alliance manager to translate alliance strategy into campaigns, events and target accounts/workloads.
  • Co-Selling and Deal Progression: Directly engage in co-selling activities, working alongside Cloud Partner teams and channel partners to progress deals from initial awareness to closed-won. You'll be a key player in ensuring smooth deal registration and collaboration within the Cloud Partner’s marketplace and process.

This includes compute, networking, and storage for workloads that often cannot move to Cloud without our technology. You will be a key player in communicating this powerful value proposition to Cloud Partner field teams and their partners.

What you bring

  • Must-have: 7+ years in a field sales or GTM-focused role with or within the major Cloud Platforms (Azure ecosystems are the primary needs for this role with AWS/GCP as the secondary need); demonstrated success in building and managing a sales pipeline in collaboration with Cloud Partner field teams and channel partners; fluency in Cloud Partner programs, co-sell mechanics, and Cloud Marketplace commercial constructs; a strong executive presence and the ability to evangelize a solution to a technical audience.
  • Nice-to-have: Background in Gen-AI, ML Ops, or HPC infrastructure; existing relationships with Cloud Partner AI/ML & HPC teams and Partner Solution SAs; experience driving joint PR/analyst relations and customer reference stories; familiarity with GPU infrastructure.
