About The Role

WEKA is seeking a high-caliber, mission-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our strategic expansion within Northern Europe, specifically dedicated to the high-growth Neocloud sector. In this specialized role, you will act as the primary lead for WEKA’s most critical Neocloud accounts, serving as the visionary and execution lead for all initiatives within this space. You will be responsible for expanding our relationship with our largest Neocloud partners through finding new deployments/ work loads/use cases, while also working with our GTM team to drive business to the Neoclouds ensuring WEKA as the bedrock of the modern AI data stack.

This is not a traditional territory role; it is a high-impact, sales-minded engagement position that requires a unique blend of account control, strategic partnership, and commercial acumen. You will own the global relationship, driving large-scale agreements and ensuring WEKA is the preferred infrastructure partner for the world’s most innovative emerging cloud platforms.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Strategic Account Leadership: Act as the global lead for dedicated Neoclouds, taking full ownership of the account strategy, relationship health, and long-term revenue growth.
  • C-Suite Engagement: Build and maintain high-level relationships with C-suite executives and key stakeholders within your assigned Neoclouds to ensure deep business and technical alignment.
  • Global Contract Management: Lead the negotiation and management of complex global agreements and master contracts, ensuring commercial terms support rapid scale and mutual success.
  • Collaborative Co-Selling: Drive aggressive co-selling motions between WEKA’s internal sales teams and the Neoclouds customer-facing organizations to accelerate market adoption of AI and GPU-heavy workloads.
  • Technical & Commercial Alignment: Bridge the gap between technical requirements and business outcomes, ensuring WEKA’s NeuralMesh™ technology is deeply integrated into the Neoclouds service offerings.
  • Cross-Functional Initiative Lead: Serve as the internal "CEO of the Account," coordinating across product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure WEKA delivers the bespoke support required by these high-scale providers.
  • Pipeline Generation: Utilize a strong sales-minded acumen to identify and capture net-new opportunities within the Neoclouds ecosystem, maintaining a rigorous focus on GPU utilization and time-to-market.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of IT Sales experience
  • Proven track record of selling $5M+ infrastructure or data solutions.
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quota
  • Passion and desire to work in a startup culture directly impacting the growth of the company
  • Proven track record of effective selling within the geo
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelors Degree preferred.
