Dies ist ein Fast-Track für ambitionierte Talente, die den komplexen Software-Vertrieb auf Großkunden-Ebene von Grund auf meistern wollen.

Niemand ist von Anfang an perfekt: wir bilden dich aus. Nach einer intensiven Einarbeitungsphase wirst du folgende Bereiche beherrschen:
- Die MEDDPICC-Methodik: Du lernst, komplexe Verhandlungen anhand des Goldstandards im Großkunden-Vertrieb in klare, steuerbare Schritte zu strukturieren.
- Souveränität im C-Level: Du erfährst, wie man die Führungsebene (C-Level) gewinnt und echte Partnerschaften auf Augenhöhe aufbaut.
- Das Großkunden-Playbook: Von der ersten Bedarfsanalyse bis zum Closing erlebst du hautnah, wie die großen Deals erfolgreich zum Abschluss gebracht werden.
Dein Verantwortungsbereich
- Strategische Kundenanalyse: Du analysierst Organisationsstrukturen, identifizierst Pain Points und verknüpfst den Mehrwert von Navan direkt mit den Geschäftszielen deiner Zielkunden.
- Ansprachen-Strategie: In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Senior-Team entwickelst du gezielte Ansprachen für die Entscheiderebene. Du vereinbarst nicht nur Termine, sondern gestaltest das wirtschaftliche Gesamtkonzept aktiv mit.
- Business Intelligence: Du qualifizierst potenzielle Neukunden. Wer hält das Budget? Wer fungiert als interner Champion? Du lieferst die entscheidenden Insights.
Was du mitbringst
- Berater-Expertise: Du verfügst über erste Berufserfahrung in Bereichen wie Unternehmensberatung, M&A, Private Equity, Strategie oder in einem ähnlich analytisch anspruchsvollen Umfeld. Du stellst die richtigen Fragen, um das Kern eines Problems zu identifizieren.
- Kommunikationsstärke: Du beherrschst Deutsch auf C2-Niveau sowie Englisch verhandlungssicher (mind. B2). Du kannst komplexe Business-Cases in beiden Sprachen souverän präsentieren.
- Proaktiver Drive: Du besitzt eine „Gründermentalität" und arbeitest eigenverantwortlich. Wo andere Hürden sehen, findest du Lösungen und du wartest nicht auf Anweisungen, sondern ergreifst die Initiative.
- Business Acumen: Du kannst die Struktur großer Konzerne entschlüsseln und logisch ableiten, welche Stakeholder involviert werden müssen und was deren jeweilige Motivationsfaktoren sind.
- Souveränes Auftreten: Du bist wortgewandt und trittst gegenüber Vizepräsidenten und Vorständen sicher auf. Du verkaufst keine Features, sondern messbaren Business-Impact.
