Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in monitoring security alerts and events using SIEM and endpoint tools
Support investigation and triage of potential security incidents
Help document security events, incidents, and response procedures
Participate in vulnerability scanning and basic risk assessments
Support audit and compliance activities (e.g., evidence collection)
Conduct research on emerging threats and vulnerabilities
Collaborate with IT and engineering teams on remediation efforts
Maintain and update security documentation and procedures
Assist in automation of security related workflows
Keep up to date with latest Security trends and incidents
Requirement:
Recent or upcoming graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity or Computer Science, or a related field
Solid understanding or programming skills in Python, Bash, Go or other language
Foundational knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S)
Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles (threats, vulnerabilities, risk)
Familiarity with Linux, Mac OS and Windows operating systems
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
Effective communication and willingness to learn
